Authors submitting manuscripts to the International Journal of Research and Development in Engineering Sciences must follow specific guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient review process. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions must be made electronically via the journal’s online submission portal or designated email. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered only if they have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authors submitting to the IJRDES must ensure their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or PDF, using Times New Roman, 12 pt, double spacing, and 1-inch margins.
Manuscript Structure: Title, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords (3–6), Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Figures and tables must be numbered and cited in the text.
Ethical Compliance: Disclose conflicts of interest, funding sources, and affiliations. Include ethical approval for studies involving humans or animals.
Submission & Review: Manuscripts are submitted via the journal portal or designated email, undergo initial screening and double-blind peer review, and require timely responses to reviewer comments. Following these guidelines ensures efficient processing and publication of high-quality research.
Authors are primarily responsible for ensuring that their submitted work is original, accurate, and ethically conducted. They must provide complete and truthful information about their research, including data, methods, results, and references. All sources, ideas, and data from other works must be properly cited to avoid plagiarism, duplication, or misrepresentation.
Authors are expected to disclose any Conflicts of Interest, funding sources, or affiliations that could influence the interpretation or presentation of their research. They must also obtain necessary ethical approvals for studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data and include statements confirming adherence to these standards.
During the double-blind peer review process, authors are responsible for responding to reviewer comments thoroughly and respectfully, making necessary revisions in a timely manner. They should also ensure that all co-authors have contributed significantly, agreed to the manuscript content, and approved the final version before submission.
Authors must refrain from submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously and avoid redundant publication. By adhering to these responsibilities, authors uphold the integrity of scientific research, contribute to the reliability and credibility of published literature, and maintain trust within the academic and research community.
