    <abstract>This paper presents a comprehensive approach to addressing the diverse challenges encountered in urban infrastructure management particularly during adverse weather conditions and nighttime traffic congestion By harnessing the capabilities of stateoftheart technologies including smart elevating bridges intelligent streetlights and dynamic traffic signal systems it aims to fundamentally transform the urban landscape The integration of these innovative solutions is designed to enhance urban safety efficiency and sustainability Key components such as the Arduino Uno microcontroller servo motors LDR sensors LEDs ultrasonic sensors and LCD displays serve as the backbone of these advanced systems enabling seamless operation and integration into existing infrastructure Through the strategic deployment of these technologies the project endeavors to optimize the management of urban infrastructure ensuring uninterrupted vehicular passage during floods improving visibility and energy efficiency with intelligent street lighting and optimizing traffic flow through dynamic signal control Ultimately the project seeks to pave the way for a more resilient efficient and sustainable urban environment </abstract>
